Alina Gulnaz Zholatovna

Corporate Secretary

A specialist in law, corporate governance and support for the activities of the company’s governing bodies. She has many years of experience in legal affairs, public procurement, drafting internal legal documents and organising corporate procedures.

She graduated from A. Baitursynov Kostanay State University with a degree in Law.

She began her career at Astana-Teplotranzit JSC, where she worked as a Legal Assistant and Legal Counsel in the Legal Department. She has worked at QAZCONTENT JSC since 2012, holding the positions of Chief Legal Counsel and Head of the Legal Affairs and Public Procurement Department. She has served as Corporate Secretary of QAZCONTENT JSC since 2019.

Her responsibilities include coordinating interaction between the Board of Directors, the Sole Shareholder and the Management Board, assisting in the preparation and implementation of corporate decisions, organising meetings of the Board of Directors and its committees, preparing minutes and maintaining corporate records.

She completed the Corporate Secretary Certification Programme at Samruk Business Academy, as well as training in public procurement.

Khassenova Nazym Slyamovna

Internal Auditor

A specialist in internal audit, financial management, budgeting, public procurement and business process performance assessment. She has many years of experience in state, quasi-state and corporate organisations.

She graduated with honours from the Kazakh State Academy of Management with a degree in Marketing and Commerce, qualifying as an economist specialising in marketing.

Over the years, she has held senior positions in finance and economics departments across education, media, business tourism, special economic zones and the public sector. She worked at Semipalatinsk State Pedagogical Institute, S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University, the Nazarbayev Centre, the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kazmedia Ortalygy Management Company LLP, Astana Convention Bureau LLP and other organisations.

She has worked at QAZCONTENT JSC since 2022. Until July 2025, she served as Head of the Finance and Administrative Support Division. Since July 2025, she has served as Internal Auditor of QAZCONTENT JSC.

She has completed specialised training in internal audit, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), professional accounting, financial planning, budgeting, public procurement, anti-corruption legislation and financial management.

Tussupbekov Daniyar Erlanovich

Adviser to the Chair of the Management Board

A media executive and expert in strategic communications and international cooperation with more than 12 years of professional experience. He specialises in international project management, content distribution, strategic communications and the development of educational programmes for the media industry.

He graduated from Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau State University with a qualification in teaching foreign languages (English and German). He also holds a degree in Law from M.S. Narikbayev KAZGUU University (MNU) and a Master’s degree in Global Communications and Development from Loughborough University London, United Kingdom.

He began his television career as an evening news presenter in the Kazakh-language editorial team of Qazaqstan Television and Radio Corporation in Kokshetau, Akmola Region.

From 2015 to 2023, he held several positions at Khabar Agency JSC, including Manager and Senior Manager for the Development of Kazakh TV, Senior Manager of the International Cooperation and Content Distribution Department, and Director of that department. His responsibilities included international distribution, developing relationships with foreign broadcasters and cable operators, content sales and the acquisition of licensed television co-productions. He represented the Agency at international media markets and major broadcasting unions, including EBU and ABU.

From 2023 to 2025, he worked as a PR Adviser at the Centre for China Studies in Astana.

His international experience includes serving as Director of the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union’s ABU Media Academy in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from 2024 to 2026. He led the Academy’s strategy and operations, developed educational programmes for journalists, television producers and media professionals, and established partnerships with international universities and specialist organisations across the region.

Nigmatullin Tlegen Talgatovich

Head of the Information Security Service

An IT and cybersecurity specialist with more than 10 years of professional experience. His expertise includes developing information security systems, maintaining corporate IT infrastructure, administering server and network equipment, implementing information protection tools, and securing organisations’ external and internal perimeters.

He graduated from Chelyabinsk State University with a degree in Information Systems.

He has worked in information technology and telecommunications since 2012 and has held expert roles in IT and information security since 2018. He has experience preparing documentation in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the international standard ISO/IEC 27001. Since 2020, he has held senior information security positions at QAZCONTENT JSC, with responsibility for protecting information, developing corporate infrastructure and improving cybersecurity processes.

Kazhakhmetova Togzhan Kaliyevna

Head of the Finance and Reporting Division — Chief Accountant

A specialist in accounting, financial reporting and tax compliance with many years of experience in media organisations, national companies and the corporate sector. Her professional work focuses on financial and tax accounting, financial control and ensuring the reliable operation of the organisation’s financial processes.

She graduated from Akmola Agricultural Institute with a degree in Accounting and Auditing, qualifying as an economist and accountant.

Over the years, she worked at the Kazakh Information Agency Kazinform, Kazinform National Company JSC, Qazaqstan Republican Television and Radio Corporation JSC, and Kazinform International News Agency LLP. She has worked at QAZCONTENT JSC since 2022, progressing from Chief Specialist of the Accounting and Tax Division to Head of the Finance and Reporting Division — Chief Accountant.

Inertbayeva Asiya Meyrmkhanovna

Head of the Legal and HR Support Division

A specialist in law, HR support, records management, and organisational and legal support. She has experience in the healthcare, cultural and media sectors, including leading legal functions and supporting organisations’ internal processes.

She graduated from Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in Mathematics and from Bolashak University in Karaganda with a degree in Law.

She began her career at the National Scientific Medical Centre JSC, where she worked in the Language Development and Records Management Department and the Legal Department. From 2017 to 2022, she worked at the Roza Baglanova Kazakhconcert State Concert Organisation, holding the positions of Legal Counsel and Head of the Legal Department. She has worked at QAZCONTENT JSC since 2022, heading the Legal and HR Support Division.

Baglankyzy Symbat

Head of the IT Division

A specialist in information technology, information systems maintenance and development, web analytics, search engine optimisation and digital project management. She has more than 15 years of experience in providing technical support for websites, developing digital infrastructure and implementing IT solutions.

She graduated from K.I. Satpayev Kazakh National Technical University with a degree in Information Systems.

She began her career in 2009. Over the years, she worked at Astana TV Channel LLP, IT Research Center LLP, the Accounts Committee for Control over the Execution of the Republican Budget, and Kazinform JSC. She has headed the IT Division of QAZCONTENT JSC since 2022.

Under her leadership, the Company implements projects to develop and maintain its information systems and websites, introduce digital solutions, organise the procurement of IT services and ensure the uninterrupted operation of its digital infrastructure. In 2025, she was awarded the “Ақпарат саласының үздігі” badge of honour (Excellence in the Information Sector) for her contribution to the development of the information sector.

Nuryshov Nurlan Adamzatuly

Head of the Creative Content Directorate

A media manager, journalist, presenter and producer working across television, digital media, creative content and production. His professional experience spans news, educational, entertainment, sports and business media projects.

He graduated from Turan University with a degree in Journalism. He also earned an MBA from Safi Utebayev Atyrau University of Oil and Gas.

Over the years, he worked as a correspondent, scriptwriter and presenter for e-history.kz, as a presenter of the “Tangy FRESH” programme and the “Q-Business” project on Khabar TV, as Executive Producer at BaigeNews, and as a sports segment presenter on Astana TV. Since 2026, he has headed the Creative Content Directorate of QAZCONTENT JSC, focusing on developing new media projects and modern content formats.

Dildebay Aidyn Kaisaruly

Head of the Multimedia Support Division

A specialist in directing, television, sound engineering and multimedia production. He has experience in film production, the television industry and the management of creative processes.

He graduated from Zhezkazgan Music College, specialising in Instrumental Performance, and from T.K. Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts, specialising in Film and Television, with a qualification as a director.

He began his career in sound engineering and teaching. He worked at Shaken Aimanov Kazakhfilm Studio, followed by more than ten years at Channel 31 Television and Radio Company, where he served as Chief Director. Since 2024, he has headed the Multimedia Support Division of QAZCONTENT JSC, overseeing the development of the company’s visual and multimedia activities.

Assylbekova Madina Idyrysovna

Khumarzakh Altynbek

Editor-in-Chief of the History of Kazakhstan Online Portal

A journalist, editor and researcher specialising in history, culture and national content. He has experience in digital media, research organisations and projects of public significance.

He graduated from E.A. Buketov Karaganda State University with a degree in Philology and holds a Master’s degree in Social Sciences, specialising in Journalism. Since 2024, he has been a doctoral student at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.

Since 2018, he has headed the “Qazaqstan tarihy” online project at QAZCONTENT JSC, developing historical and educational content, editorial formats and materials on Kazakhstan’s cultural heritage. Over the years, he worked on National Digital History, Ruh.kz and Suqbat.kz, as well as at research institutes specialising in history and ethnology.

He is the author of books and publications and a member of the Union of Writers and Journalists of Kazakhstan. His honours include the Shapagat Medal, a Letter of Appreciation from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the “Ақпарат саласының үздігі” badge of honour (Excellence in the Information Sector), and other professional awards.
