Adil Kuanyshbekovich Seifullin was born on 9 October 1995 in the Akmola Region. He graduated from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University in 2017 with a degree in Journalism and earned a Master’s degree in Social Sciences in 2019.

In 2021, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Project Promotion Department at Kazinform International News Agency JSC.

From 2022 to 2024, he served as Adviser to the Chair of the Management Board and General Producer of the El Arna television channel at Khabar Agency.

He is the creator and producer of several television programmes.

In recent years, he has contributed to the development of SAYASAT.KZ and QOGAM news.

A member of the 2025 intake of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve, Adil Kuanyshbekovich Seifullin was appointed Adviser to the Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2026.

On 4 June 2026, he was appointed Chair of the Management Board of QAZCONTENT JSC.
