Mamyrbek Rakhymzhan Bauyrzhanuly
Deputy Chair of the Management Board
Rakhymzhan Bauyrzhanuly Mamyrbek was born on 17 March 1995 in Shymkent.
He holds technical and vocational education qualifications as well as a higher education degree.
In 2010, he graduated from the Economics College of T. Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University, majoring in Economics.
In 2016, he graduated from Narxoz University JSC with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business, majoring in Economics. He is fluent in Kazakh and Russian.
He began his career in July 2017 as Chief Specialist of the Finance and Administration Department of the Office of the Akim of the Medeu District of Almaty. He held this position until March 2020.
From July 2021 to November 2022, he served as Head of the Finance and Administration Department of the Office of the Akim of the Bostandyk District of Almaty.
| From November 2022 to December 2023, he worked as Chief Expert of the State Information Policy Analysis Division of the Information Committee of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From December 2023 to August 2026, he served as Head of the State Information Policy Analysis Division of the Information Committee of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On 27 August 2026, he was appointed Deputy Chair of the Management Board of QAZCONTENT JSC.
