To strengthen trust and transparency in our Company’s activities, we are pleased to announce the launch of a dedicated hotline for reports from both the Company’s employees and third parties who interact with the Company, including clients, counterparties and other stakeholders.
The hotline allows you to report the following matters confidentially:
- Breaches of corporate ethics;
- Non-compliance with legal requirements;
- Conflicts of interest;
- Other anti-corruption matters.
How it works:
- You submit your report directly to an Independent Director by email at qazcontentwb@mail.kz.
- The Independent Director reviews your report and, while protecting your identity, forwards it in anonymised form to the Compliance Officer for further action.
We guarantee that your report will remain fully confidential, ensuring protection against retaliation or pressure from the Company’s employees.
