Moldir Chingisovna Karimova was born on 30 August 1994 in Shulbinsk, East Kazakhstan Region.

In 2016, she graduated with honours from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, majoring in Journalism.

In 2017, she graduated with honours from Kazakh Humanitarian Law Innovative University with a Bachelor’s degree in Law.

In 2018, she graduated from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a Master’s degree in Social Sciences, majoring in Journalism.

She is fluent in Kazakh, Russian and English.

She began her career in August 2014 as a Journalist at Black & White Group LLP in Astana.

In August 2016, she was transferred to the position of Editor-in-Chief at Black & White Group LLP in Astana.

In June 2019, she was appointed Head of the Sales Office at Black & White Group LLP in Astana, a position she held until September 2020.

From January 2022 to August 2023, she served as Development Director at the 80/20 creative agency.

From August 2023 to April 2024, she worked as a PR Manager at Bass Holding LLP in Astana.

From November 2024 to July 2025, she served as External and Internal Communications Manager at Bass Gold LLP in Astana.

From December 2025 to June 2026, she worked as External Communications Manager at BI Group construction holding in Astana.

From June to August 2026, she served as Adviser to the Chair of the Management Board of QAZCONTENT JSC.

On 27 August 2026, she was appointed Deputy Chair of the Management Board of QAZCONTENT JSC.
